I would Definitely Not recommend this place ! I left my RV with them for inspection. I went over a list of items with them 3 times that I wanted checked and repaired. They did the absolute minimum and Ignored many of the items that I clearly went over with them, and told me that I never mentioned anything about them. They just wanted to be done, and take my money, $616.94 and did not even change my windshield wipers ! They told me that nobody sold those wipers that I needed. I even asked them if they had tried Napa, and Autozone. They said they had tried everywhere. However, I went straight to NAPA Auto Parts, and they had the exact wipers In Stock ! I had asked them to road test it and check the alignment and trailer light signals and hitch . . They checked None of that, then told me that I had not requested it. I had also asked them to replace the generator's starter motor. Again they said that they had tried to find one, but it was not available. Again, Napa had it right away ! What they Did do, was tell me that it needed new king pins for the front suspension for $2,000 ! This R.V. had Only 20, 545 Miles I successfully drove it all the way to Florida. I would certainly

I was told everything up front. Material was ordered and it arrived, I had an appointment, it was installed and I was on my way. Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Try not to make appointments on Friday as they are not open on Saturday or Sunday.

Ray's Truck Service is one of the few shops around willing to work on my GMC Topkick, and they've always been quick to jump on it whenever I need something done. They really help keep my business running smoothly. The team knows these trucks inside and out, and I appreciate having a reliable place I can count on. Highly recommend them for heavy-duty diesel work!

Bottom line: these guys are awesome. They're knowledge, patient, and trustworthy. I would take our motorhome to these guys everytime if we lived a bit closer. My wife and I got into a tough situation with a motorhome we had just purchased. Some repairs done by another shop before we bought it had be done incorrectly and we essentially brokedown while getting our newly purchased motorhome back to MT. After calling around, Ray's was the closest shop to us that was confident in their ability to get us back on the road and they did exactly that. They were kind, patient, and incredibly helpful when it came to dealing with the other shop who messed up the work in the first place AND with out insurance company. I can't recommend these guys enough. I hope no one has to go through our kind of situation, but I can assure Ray's will get the job done and stick to their word, through and through. We had our motorhome serviced with new brakes and packed the wheel bearings and new seals in the rear end.. about 3 weeks later the rear seal came apart when leaving on a long vacation. Thank God we were just leaving town and stopped by rays to show them. They did not hesitate to apologize and get our rig in and out in 3 hours then and there and we were back on the road. No charge of course.. Thank you
